This is a full day, 7.5 to 8 hours of climbing. Located in Dardanelle, AR halfway between Fort Smith and Little Rock on the Arkansas River, Dardanelle Rock is known as Arkansas' Urban Crag. Recent development has turned this strongman crag into a well-rounded climbing destination with over 100 routes ranging from 5.2-5.13. Expect a steep 5 min approach.

What to bring

Wear athletic closed toe shoes that can get dirty for the hike from the parking lot. Hiking shoes or trail running shoes if possible.
Wear comfortable, athletic clothing suitable to outdoor conditions and wearing a harness. Dress for the weather.
Have a way of arranging long hair to effectively wear a helmet.
Have your ID and medical insurance card on you.
Bring a small backpack to contain your belongings/provisions.
Bring plenty of water and snacks.
Bring any toiletries that you may need. There are no bathrooms.
Bring any necessary personal medical supplies or medications.

Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully the following information regarding payment, cancellations, and our Waiver.

We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks made payable to Frontier Climbing Company. A deposit of 50% is required when booking your trip or course if you're trip is over 14 days away. If your trip or course you're wanting to book is less than 14 days away, 100% of payment is required. If you have a group over 6 people, we will contact you to confirm your request and send you an invoice for payment. Any deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to the scheduled trip or course minus a 10% admin fee.

Cancellation between 3 and 14 days prior to the trip will result in a refund of half the deposit amount minus a 10% admin fee. Cancellation three days or less prior to the trip, or not showing up on the scheduled day of the trip, will result in a total loss of the deposit.

Cancellations due to inclement weather will be determined by Frontier Climbing Company the day prior to the scheduled trip. If we must cancel, we will work with you to reschedule the trip within the next six months. Otherwise, deposits are non-refundable unless Frontier Climbing Company cancels the trip entirely. Rescheduling is at the sole discretion of Frontier Climbing Company.

Everyone must complete our Waiver and questionairre prior to arrival. Participants under the age of 18 must have their waiver filled out and signed by their parent or legal guardian.
